board: Intel BOXDQ67SWB3 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... _-13121515 )
cpu: Intel I7-2600
ram: (2) G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

I don't know about ESXi, but passing integrated graphics works fine
in XenClient.

I have another board coming... If time permits, I'll try with ESXi 5.0
