DirectPath I/O Error on HP P400 @ ASUS M5A97 / GIGABYTE GA-9

 DirectPath I/O Error on HP P400 @ ASUS M5A97 / GIGABYTE GA-9 I cannot use my HP P400 Raid card in one of my VM though DirectPath I/O.
Hardware:
AMD Phenom II X4 955
Kingston DDR 3 1600 4G *4
ASUS M5A97 / GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 (both tried)
ATI Rage XL (PCI - 1)
HP Smart Array P400 (PCIE - 1)
Intel network interface card (PCI - 2)
P400 works great with Windows Server 2008 R2 while I'm install it directly to my hardware without ESXi.
My step:
1 Install ESXi to a new clean harddisk.
2 Upgrade it by ESXi500-201112001.
3 Setup HP P400 to DirectPath I/O
4 Create a VM for Windows Server 2008 R2 (EFI mode and normal mode, both tired)
5 Attach PCI device (P400) to that VM created in last step.
6 Boot this VM and setup a Windows Server 2008 R2.
When I do the step 6, the LED of ERROR will be lighted on my P400 hardware. And in Windows, there is a yellow exclamation mark before P400. Code 10. The device cannot be started. I have to reboot ESXi to reset the ERROR status of my P400.

But I've changed my hardware to:
ASUS P8B-X, E3-1230. Problem is still the same.
Maybe that's a problem of HP P400.
