 HP Proliant ML110 G6: init failed DMAR

Post HP Proliant ML110 G6: init failed DMAR
I have a HP Proliant ML110 G6. Processor is a Pentium G6950 (supports VT-x) and board chipset is an Intel 3420 (supports VT-d).

BIOS config:

Intel(R) virtualization technology: Enabled
Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O: Enabled

I get the following errors:

IOMMUIntel: 1846: Allocating array domain failed
WARNING: IOMMUIntel: 5081: init failed DMAR

Any ideias?
