With RAID 1 I have to test it if mirroring is actually working, because when installing it recognize 2 disks but after installation I deleted datastore 2 and it looks like sil3512 is doing mirroring by itself, but still I'm not 100% sure so I'll post you the result about that.

OK Final conclusion:
NIC: Marvell 88E8056 Gigabit Ethernet Controller ---> works only with sky2 driver.
RAID: Sil3512 2xSATA RAID1 ---> recognise only single disk, even if the any RAID configuration is set or none so I added ServeRAID M5014 in plugged in 2 SATA disks in RAID1 and it works like a charm.
