 3.5 U5 doesnt recognize USB Stick

Post 3.5 U5 doesnt recognize USB Stick
I have a Proliant ml150 g3 that I had esxi 5 installed on a 1gb USB stick.

I have had to move to 3.5 as I have 3 pci-x raid controllers that arent supported after 3.5.

LSI SAS3080
2 x HP Adaptec 2610SA

So I tried 3.5 U5 installing to USB ( via cdrom and USB ) and when available devices shows only HD are available.

How to solve ?

anyone ? esxi 5 installs fine from usb to usb.

esxi 3.5 u5 runs from usb but doesnt see the usb to install too.
