here is the cli command:
vim-cmd hostsvc/advopt/update UserVars.SuppressShellWarning long 1

Or you can use the vSphere Client and go to:

Configuration > Software > Advanced Settings > UserVars > SuppressShellWarning (its the most bottom parameter for the UserVars page)
