 Intel DQ67SW(B3) + i5 2400s - ESXi 5
Got ESXi 5 working, using an Intel DQ67SWB3 motherboard and an Intel i5 2400s CPU.

Onboard NIC ok using the ESXi-customizer.

Got RAID 1 set up using an IBM M1015, cross flashed to LSI9211-IR mode, using a guide from ServeTheHome.

My only problem was accessing the LSI BIOS, which was only possible when starting the system in non-UEFI mode. But then the system would not boot from my Intel SSD. So I created the Raid volume in when the MB bios was in non-UEFI mode, then change the MB bios to UEFI mode for regular system startups.
