Esxi customizer supports esxi 5.1?

jwdaigle Joined: Tue Sep 11, 2012 1:24 am Posts: 3	Esxi customizer supports esxi 5.1? I'm having troubles with customizing esxi 5.1 using the 2.7 customizer. The customization process succeeds, the esxi install success, but when the machine reboots, I get an error referencing multi boot modules load failed because the image is corrupt. Anyone else tried it yet?

For me it works fine using - VMware-VMvisor-Installer-5.1.0-799733.x86_64.iso - Chilly's e1001e.tgz driver as input. What driver package did you use? Can you please send me the log file of ESXi-Customizer to esxi-customizer@v-front.de ? Please note: This issue has been resolved by using the TGZ repacking option "Force repacking" in ESXi-Customizer. This is necessary with Chilly's e1001e.tgz package. Otherwise you will get a "Boot image corrupt" message when you try to install a system with the customized ISO.
