 Multiple oem.tgz files?

Sorry to say the advised method did not work after making the necessary adjustments I get the purple screen of death

What error did the purple screen have? You might find it easier to add the contents of the 2nd oem.tgz file into the first. Also using a 3.5 oem.tgz file with 4.0 will cause a purple screen.

Thanks for the reply...I think the error was "image file corrupted"...but if I take oem2 out and put boot.cfg to it's original state it boots fine...

The important thing to check is if the files in oem.tgz will be overwritten by oem2.tgz (i.e. perhaps simple.map). If that's the case then you'll need to edit simple.map in oem2 to include the data from oem.tgz.


Finally was able to accomplish my goal I have both of my unsupported NICs working with the help of Dave.Mishchenko keep up the good work.
