 Defragmenting disks Is it necessary to degragment disks or does esx manage that?
using VM workstation, I used contig and also used defragment command within VM options to manage disks.
curious, how to manage them here. any CLI commands to automate it, by running crons?

Re: Defragmenting disks ESXi doesn't provide anything to defragment disks. You can use something within the VM to do it from the guest OS perspective.
