I have been trying to find a cheap (or even the cheapest) compatible ESXi 4 motherboard, ideally with both compatible SATA and LAN (LAN can be replaced with an Intel card if needed).

Has anyone got any suggestions?

On the whitebox HCL the systems with a green OK will have both local storage and the NIC working.

I'm using an Asus P5E-VM DO and Intel DP35DP in the lab which are fairly reasonably priced. Do you have a preference for the MB manufacturer?

I've been going through the list, which is quite comprehensive. I'm just asking here incase anyone knew of any models off the bat.

I don't have any manufacturer preference. I'm already aware of the Intel DP35DP. Will check out the Asus P5E-VM next.
