Sorry!
I was not attentive enough. It must used VMware-VMvisor-Installer-4.1.0.update1-348481.x86_64.iso.
I have installed missing rpms (bzip2-1.0.3-6.el5_5.x86_64.rpm, mkisofs-2.01-10.7.el5.x86_64.rpm, mtools-3.9.10-2.fc6.x86_64.rpm, parted-1.8.1-23.el5.x86_64.rpm, syslinux-3.11-4.x86_64.rpm, tcsh-6.14-14.el5.x86_64.rpm, yum-3.2.19-18.el5.centos.noarch.rpm etc.) in vSphere Management Assistant (The script showed that these packets was installed) and the script working well.

I had an issue like that when I was trying to make my .ISO and it turned out that the standard VMWARE iso file I downloaded from their website was corrupt and it was unable to extract/work with that file.

So I had to re-download that .iso file and it fixed that error.
