 Dell 740 esxi4.0 Fatal: out of memory reading sys.vgz When i install 4.0 on Dell Optiplex 740, i got that message, the installation stopped, then pc restart. The met the message again...
Any body have some ideas? Thank you!

And it can be install successful on the vmware on the same machine, but only can't in physics machine. It's so strange.

Degrade to 1.0.5, everything works fine:}
So it's BIOS probem.
