I am a newbie here on the forum...and am hoping someone can help me get up and running with ESXi 4.0 Installable. I am not a Linux user, so I'm having problems with understanding how to customize an ESXi install CD to work with a Realtek 8169 nic.

I have fumbled through and determined that bushguy has the necessary driver files that will work with the installation; but for the life of me I cannot figure out what steps I have to take in order to customize the .ISO install.

So I'm hoping someone out there already has a customized .ISO file for ESXi 4.0 Installable that has the Realtek 8169 driver that they are willing to share.

If there is not, then, as a newbie, I'd like to know if there is a post/forum that can "hand-hold" me through the process. Thanks.
