 Inspiron 530 ESX 4.0 (not ESXi) works well on the stock Inspiron 530.
Detects the SATA drive controller and network card.
CPU: Q6600 Quad-core
Ram: 4GB DDR2
Upgrading to 8GB of RAM required the latest BIOS update, but worked afterwards.
