Processor: Intel Q6600 2.4GHZ
Memory: 8GB DDR2 800MHZ
HDD: 1x Samsung 160GB SATA2
HDD: 2x Seagate 500GB SATA2
NIC: 2X Onboard GBit Broadcom
DVD: Asus Sata

How? I am having issues :(

I have the same motherboard

I am just trying to install ESXi 4.0 to a 4GB CF to SATA case

Should this be on SATA Port1 and my other HD's on 2,3,4?

Which RAID are you using?

What interface do you have the CF connected to? If you have it hooked up to an IDE interface then see the IDE install method on the home page.

Most PC class motherboards come with software RAID controllers (Intel ICH / nVidia MCP) and the drivers with ESX(i) don't support software RAID so you'll only get to use JBOD.
