Of course the CPU and Mainboard bios should support intel VT
If supported does works fine with ESXi 4.1?

Yes sure you can, this motherboard is from intel server series, and also the cpu's.
I have another motherboard for another host that I'm bulding, it's the Intel S5520SC.

Did ESXi recognize the embedded dual port NIC ( Intel 82575EB Gigabit Ethernet Controller as far as I'm not mistaking) or did you have to install specific driver for it? Was ESXi able to see motherboard's RAID or at least individual SATA drives? Regards, Alex
