This one was working out of the box
- ASUS M2N-E
- Chipset nVidia nForce 570
- AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+
- BIOS Rev. 1701
- onboard NIC working
- No changes required to enable ESXi 4 to recognize hardware components
- RAID not tested
