Post My ESX4 Virtual System Host
The following is spec. of my ESX4 host.

M/B : ASUS M2N32-SLI PREMIUM (it like M2N32-SLI DELUXE)
RAM : Umax DDR2 800 2GB x4(Total 8GB)
CPU : AMD Opteron 1356(it like X4 9650)
HDD : one OLD wd120gb sata for test!

On my Win7 system and connect with vSphere Client...
All the hardware on M/B is WORK!!!
---> Two GbE LAN work
---> 6 SATA work
---> 2 IDE work
It's Good~~~ :P

Just one problem,the ESX4 loading show out the tpm.tgz loading fail!!!
(there's no TPM hardware?)

Was the error along the lines of TPM module failed to load? It's likely that you'll have a BIOS option to disable TPM otherwise you can ignore it.

Just to be sure, are you runnin ESX4 or ESXi 4? I have access to ESX 4 due to company partnership and would very much like to be able to run ESX full instead of ESXi while I study for the VCP test. If this board will do it, I think I may have found my next eBay purchase. :mrgreen:

Yes,the board that I try to install the ESX 4 and ESXi 4 well !!!
Both ESX/i 4 work well~~ :mrgreen:

and there's one problem... :D ...there's only 4 dimm and max upgrade to 8GB RAM(ddr2)...
I'm planning to change the i7 with 3 channel 6 dimm,then upgrade the RAM to 24GB... :mrgreen:
