Post Problem Using Varazir script
Hi there!

First let me thank everyone in this community for the amazing guides made available to the public!

Now getting in to the problem, i was trying to build a custom esx4 image, and everything was running fine until:

Line 729 sed -i 's/install.tgz/install.tgz --- oem.tgz/g' $ipath/${esx_folders[5]}/isolinux.cfg

My cd image doesn't have the file isolinux.cfg on the root but instead in /isolinux/isolinux.cfg , i changed this and the sed started working.

But soon another problem appear:

Untar image.tgz to /home/administrator/Desktop/esx-temp tar: /home/administrator/Desktop/esx-build/image.tgz: : Cannot open: No such file or directory

it's correct, on esx-build corresponds to the root of the original iso image i don't have any image.tgz .

Am i downloading the right iso from vmware?!

Thanks for such amazing script!

Hello Welcome and thanks.

You have downloaded the ESX and not ESX"i" (ESXi) and it's why you get the error msg.
