I just burn ISO-image with integrated oem.tgz onto DVD! Then boot and (there is a mirracle) it's working and installed done!

Just as an update: I haven't forgotten about this driver, I don't have more than that to say at the moment, but hopefully I'll have more to say next time I re-visit this thread.

P.S. Anybody knows the D-Link 528T driver is supported from the box in ESXi 4.1 and >?

And if i try to update ESXi 4.1u3 to 5.1 did my current oem-driver of intel network adapter will be working or not?

Buy DGE-528T x 3, connect to the server and start ESXi... But ESXi don't detecting the adapters.

When i try to #lspci i see:

Why ESXi was not installs the adapter automaticly?

I write to rc.local some params for init my new two ethernet nics and all done.

But now i have another problem, where i can get e1000 driver for Intel 82579V for ESXi 5.1? Anybody kbows? Please help...

Does anyone could provide a simple step by step which is easy to understand/follow and link for the file needed. Below are the specs of Microservers that I used and I also have the same issue only 1 port is detected.Sorry I don't have in depth knowledge in tweaking.

Assuming you have ESXi installed, I would do the following to see if the driver will work with the 2nd NIC.

1) enable SSH to the host and copy the tgz file to it.
2) etract the driver file and copy it to /usr/lib/vmware/vmkmod
3) run vmkload_mod /usr/lib/vmware/vmkmod/<drivername>

If the driver works with your NIC, you should be able to see it in the vSphere client or by running esxcfg-nics -l
